Company launches widget to help consumers save electricity

An electrical and specialty systems contractor has launched an electrical savings widget to show consumers how a lighting retrofit can help them save energy. California launches renewable energy web tools

In order to coincide with Earth Day, celebrated globally on April 22, the California Independent System Operator Corporation (ISO) opened access to information about how green the grid is via two web-based tools.
