Seller review for King of Fans November 2, 2009

My purchase has been canceled by King of Fans (3 day after the order was actually placed). The explanation was that I have to by more than 1 panel for that listing. This is because they come in 2 per box, and they are not going to re-pack.
Well, there is/was (in case it changes by the time this review is published) absolutely no mention about the minimum items per purchase on the product web page.
They also mentioned that the shipping information is also incorrect.
The only solution they offered, was to by more , at least two panels.
I have no idea, who is responsible for the listing information, the seller or Amazon, but I am very disappointed with the outcome of this purchase.
