I expected an illuminated sign, but this is JUST the light, not the sign. It has one weak solar powered LED that emits that unearthly dim glow you see around your neighborhood. LED's just aren't ready for use as exterior lights. A good idea, whose time has not yet arrived. Not bright enough to actually work, and the light that comes from them is just silly. Don't bother with this.
