13 days to ship, & charged a 20% restocking fee on a defective product September 25, 2008

I waited 10 days for shipping and then contacted them via email and was told they were never contacted by Amazon that I had even placed the order. They then processed the order and shipped. I placed product in the full sun for 4 days and it never lit up once. I checked to see if the battery was in secure as the instructions stated, but it still did not work. I then had to make a request for a return authorization via email before I could ship it back. After shipment back I waited 2 weeks for a refund and finally had to request the amount to be refunded to my credit card. I had to pay shipping to return product to vendor AND a 20% restocking fee!! I paid a total of $63.00 for shipping (twice) and product, and was only refunded $35.00 for a product that did not work. They also claimed the packaging was damaged upon arrival after I had carefully repackaged the product in the same materials it arrived in. They then claimed the product worked upon arrival -hum, even when they claimed the packaging was damaged?? What nerve, I would not recommend purchasing anything from this website. If you have to have this product I would buy it somewhere else. Questionable practices.
