On top of all that, there will be a screening in Washington DC, hosted by Nomadsland.<\/p>\n<p><!--adsense#300--><br \/>\nSubmissions close on March 19. Then a group of panelists will select 16 finalists to compete in a public vote among YouTube viewers.
