The article focuses on the investments made on the production of sugar cane ethanol and the positive outlook for the future: &#8220;Optimists speak of the country as a green Saudi Arabia, whose combination of land, climate and technology could make it the biggest producer of efficient bioethanol&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The national industry is attracting international investors such as Singapore&#8217;s Noble Group and the U.S. private equity group Infitinity Capital.
