Via Enfinity<\/figcaption><\/figure>The United States accounted for less than six per cent of global photovoltaic installations in 2010, but a new report believes 2011 will be a lot better.

Compiled by solar power developer Enfinity, the report is titled The U.S. PV Market in 2011 and was produced in association with GTM Research. It predicts the U.S. will become the focus of the PV industry in 2011.<\/p>\n

There are three factors that Enfinity highlight to support its claim: high levels of exposure to the sun\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s rays (insolation), land availability to support large PV installations and highest electricity demand in the world.<\/p>\n
