There is a lot of press about Global Warming, though now it is called Global Climate Change. One set of scientists reports<\/a> that it is really all about sunspots and we may have a cooling trend occur, becasue sunspots are not acting as they should in their normal 11 year cycle. One good place to go to see all of the facts is this site.<\/a><\/p>\n

I am not a sun-ologist. I do not even know what you call a sun scientist. But I do know one thing.<\/p>\n

Whether it gets cooler, warmer, or stays the same, it makes sense to use less energy. It makes sense to use less fossil fuel. <\/p>\n

The pollution that comes with the creation of anything: fuel, fluorescent bulbs, corn, cannot be good for us or for our planet. I think the less we produce the better. And I for one see nothing wrong with buying something from Goodwill or anywhere else. I just bought a lamp from Goodwill. Eight dollars and no packaging. I also got 3 used CDs with no packaging attached. <\/p>\n

And if it gets colder we will need more insulation in our homes and businesses. <\/p>\n
