One article in the International Herald Tribune<\/a> caught my attention over the weekend. It was a piece about the Eco-Mom Alliance, a network that brings together mothers who have adopted the green lifestyle. Their website has a lot of practical advice to mothers who want to help reduce carbon emissions and get involved.<\/p>\n

Two words used in the article called my attention because, like a lot of people concerned with the environment and global warming, they describe feelings that we all feel at some point: guilt and anxiety over the impact that our daily habits have on the planet. But of course, the best way to tackle eco-anxiety is to ‘do’ things that we feel can help the environment and let our eco-worries inform most of our choices, from a holiday destination to the clothes we buy (or we don’t buy). Positive action is always preferable to concerned inertia. So, you can start getting some inspiration now by looking at this blog from Copenhagen to see how cool it is to cycle.
