It also features an on-board IT system that can be accesses by remote control via mobile phones.<\/p>\n<p>Nissan has sold more than 20,000 units of the LEAF, which makes it the most popular electric car model. Nissan LEAF was also won the 2012 RJC Car of the Year award, presented by the Automotive Researchers&#8217; &#038; Journalists&#8217; Conference of Japan.
