The system occupies an area that equals the size of 210 football fields.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.the9billion.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">9Billion<\/a>, the project is on the Guadix plateau and is a cooperation between four German companies who invested \u00e2\u201a\u00ac350 million (US$ 455.3 million).
