Ukraine, in Eastern Europe, is the latest case in point.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nAccording to a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.businessweek.com\/news\/2012-02-23\/europe-s-biggest-solar-power-incentive-bolsters-ukraine-energy.html\" target=\"_blank\">Bloomberg report<\/a>, the country\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s solar power capacity will double this year, thanks to the completion of Europe\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s largest PV solar plant and incentives that are a third higher than in other parts of Europe.<\/p>\n<p>2012 may see the installation of panels with 300 MW, following 200 MW in 2011.
