Because there are no immediate upfront costs involved, homeowners will start reaping the financial benefits of solar power generation, which is free solar energy, from the first month of service.<\/p>\n<p>The local administration expects that Solar Phoenix 2 will give up to 1,000 Phoenix homeowners a chance to adopt solar power by the end of 2012.
