Japan appears at number five in the greenhouse gas country ranking. The Ministry said it would offer nearly $100 million in the first quarter of 2009 and probably more during the course of the following fiscal year.<\/p>\n<p>This is good news considering the importance the country&#8217;s efforts within the global context of climate change fighting.
